Ozzie's Corner is located directly south of the Hamlin Beach exit off of 104. The front and back nines are distinctly different. The front is a par 32 at 2164 yards for the white tees, and has 4 par threes and no par fives. It is more of an intermediate or advanced beginner's nine with some difficult holes over water and sloping fairways. The back nine is a par 36 at 2833 yards for the white tees. You will walk more than the yardage indicates on the back since there is a hike to the next tee on many of the holes. The course is laid out on a much bigger property than you would expect for a par 68. The back is longer and more difficult with hole 12 having one of the most amazingly large and difficult greens I have ever seen on any of the Rochester public courses. No rating or slope exists for the course, but I would estimate a rating between 107-112.
wow, the nicest greens i have played on in a long time. the fairways are thick and lush and the rough is too. no bad lies here. a nice layout, rates very reasonable, freindly staff. well worth the drive from rochester. great scenic course.

The course was in excellent shape for an inexpensive golf course. A great course for beginners, with most holes being wide open. However, there are some "trick" holes and blind shots so keeps more experienced golfers challenged. My biggest complaint is that they do not have tee times and do not seem to keep a good handle on the flow - it is very easy to be coming off the front and having new groups beat you to the 10th. Overall impressed with what they do with so little.
