This is one of my favorite courses to play. A well-designed course located on a great piece of property. The course is located in a quiet, natural setting with nicely isolated holes with plenty of water, woods and sand hazards. You will often see animals around the course. Although you can see homes from one hole, they are far removed from play. It has a great practice area with a range, a large putting green, and practice sand trap. Fairways and greens are well maintained. The course is ideal to walk with short distances between holes, and moderate elevation changes. The signature hole is #5, a 190-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to a green surrounded by a creek and is consistently voted as the best par 3 in the area.
Always very green even in dry season. Short course, but challenges your course management greatly. Not alot of risk/reward holes, but the most undulating greens of any public course in the area make up for that. Fairways are always impeccable. Could use some cut back on overhanging trees on par 3's. Greens are huge, but can change elevation as much as 6 feet!! Great par 3's, with water on most of them. #5 is "A River runs through it!!" Favorite hole (other than #5!) is #6. Nice drive puts you in good position for the green (30 feet up!) watch the front hole location! Could drive this hole, but wind up in trees or on hillside. #18 is also a gem. Beautiful asthetics on this course, great for walking. Too bad pin placement is done by anal retentive, sadistic, cruel men!!! Watch pin placement carefully, putt for dough here!!
Played the course a bunch Last Year and once this year. Always in Great Shape. Short - but makes you place your shots. Greens are above average for this area. See some neat NEW improvements to course already this year. Best kept course for $20 with cart for seniors $25 for everyone else.
This course used to be one of the prettiest courses around, now it has cut down trees and branches laying around, half built bridges over creeks, cart tracks next to greens, flower boxes overgrown with weeds and yardage markers overgrown with grass to the point that you can"t see most of them. I know the economy is tough on small courses these days, but it seems this owner has gone to far in cutting corners. Spruce the place up again, hire some people to work the counters that welcome your business and know what they are doing, send out drink carts more often and people will enjoy the course again and keep spending their money with you. leave it as it is and people will go elsewhere to get more value for their golfing dollar.

Played the course last week and it was in good shape.

This is a great course with lots of fun holes and more natural beauty than most courses. From babbling brooks to rock walls, this golf course looks like it was taken straight out of a Robert Frost poem and planted in Rochester. A joy to play.
This may be the best course on the west side, affordable rates, exceptional conditions. This course has some of the best greens you can play on in this area, including the private clubs. You will enjoy the challenge of # 5 and #18, 2 of the finest golf holes in this region. Do yourself a favor play here.
One of the best kept courses i have played. I like the course alot because it really tests your approach shots rather than your distance off the tee. Definatly a fun course worth playing
I haven't played this course in a few years but played it today. It's a short course but in beautiful shape. I was shocked to see the big tree removed from the middle of # 12 fairway. I understand lightning struck it down a few years ago. Hole #5 is still one of the best Pa 3's in the area.
