This narrow course offers some extremely scenic views because it was built on the highest point in the region. The terrain is mostly flat, but there are some mounds that can cause uneven lies. There are both men's and women's tees, and accuracy is very important on three of the holes where the surrounding subdivision encroaches on the fairways. Those who are big slicers should consider not using their long clubs on these holes.
..The only round of golf comparable to playing here is to go hit balls around your neighborhood between the houses in your tract. Keep your money in your pocket, and your clubs in the car...and go somewhere ANYWHERE else.
Worst course Rochester, NY has to offer. Very tight, horribly mantained. Staff are incompitant and not very helpful. The usual player at woodcliff has never heard of the word etiquette or seemingly swung a golf club in their life. One thing the course does offer is breath taking views, thats about it.
One of the worst layouts I have ever seen. It seemed as though the course was built in an area way too small, and sets up some of the most awkward shots I have ever played.

One of the better maintained 9 holers in Monroe County. Pretty panoramic views from Woodcliff hills. Some challenging and narrow fairways. You may encounter slower high handicappers during weekend play.
